A old ex of yours that broke your heart?
Uncharted is my favorite game of this generation so far (just beating out Portal and MGS4). I hope the single player for the next game is a bit longer and have offline and online co-op. I'd love to get my girlfriend playing as Elena while i play as Drake and we'd shoot some pirates together.
That is my main thing i think they need to update as well. Get some better animations for him for when he's climbing/running and standing still. If they could get some animations to rival those seen in Uncharted i'd be simply floored. But other than that i think also they need to work on the crowd a bit more and give them more personality. You should check out the gameplay vids then. The footage to me looks awesome much better than the screenshots. I think they announced Liu Kang at Comicon along with a render of him. He's none zombified by the way.

Look alright. But the actual gameplay footage is amazing. Seeing Cole(?) riding on the top of a train then jumping off and sliding down a banister i was already wowed. Then they showed off his electric powers and they had me sold. The game looks good visually but it's the actual gameplay that looks awesome to me.
Jax? Really? I was expecting Cyrax or Raiden before i expected them to put in Jax.
I have to say i don't really like the 2-D animation for storytelling. Well at least not of that quality. It reminds me of a E-Surance commercial and less like a video cinematic. I'm high impressed with the voice acting though from that trailer. Sounds like a perfect match for Faith and the performance is delivered in a very convincing manner.
I didn't know about the Bullet time thing. I know i saw it in the trailers but i thought they just slowed it down so you could see her disarming people. Mirrors Edge is shaping up quite nicely in my opinion.
That game was my Game of the the year for last year and it's still my favorite Ps3 to date even topping MGS4. It's just something about Uncharted that makes it so spectacular. As for graphix i wouldn't say it's the best looking game but the zombie part of the game looks gorgeous. I was playing the game on crushing before i stopped when i heard trophies would be coming. It's pretty difficult on crushing 3 shoots and you're dead, 1 shot to the head and you're dead. I can't wait till the trophie...
There is a Elena skin you can unlock if you collect enough medals and treasures and such. There's one for Sully, the enemies you face and eddie raja i believe as well. I love Uncharted because it was the first game i played where it felt like i was playing a movie. The presentation and how the story flowed and gameplay segments just flowed so perfectly together. Just like a movie.
I felt that Infamous should have won best Ps3 game as well. I wasn't expecting it to look THAT good, it simply floored me when i seen the gameplay for it. Mirrors Edge i feel the same way about it should have been getting more nods but at least it's not completely going unnoticed. The best thing i saw on LBP was during the Sony conference when they showed off all the stats. That was pretty impressive.
I don't get what you're trying to say. Everyone has a opinion and just because it's different than yours doesn't mean their "biased".
They wanted to make sure every good game got a nod with a award since no 1 game won multiple awards for console specific e3 awards. Well, except Fallout 3 which won best overall and best RPG.
Is that it's new footage/gameplay for Heavy Rain along with whatever other project that Sony Liverpool is producing over there. Maybe even a Killzone 2 online beta announcement.
Probably the 2nd best FPS i've played next to Dues Ex: The Conspiracy. I love the entirely different type of platforming gameplay it had and it's snappy writing. Not to mention the focus on minimalist combat and i totally loved it. I don't usually like FPS's but i was looking forward to Portal ever since last years E3 and it totally met and passed my expectations. My Ps3 should be back from repairs by then (if i go into xmb while playing any game my entire console freezes and i have to turn it off from the back). I was in the middle of playing Uncharted on crushing until i heard trophies was coming for it and i stopped and put it off for a while. Uncharted was my GOTY last year barely beating out Portal.
Is meant for everyone. No matter how awesome it might look to some people it'll still like "meh" to others. It's like why some people don't like Halo, GoW, MGS it's just not everyone's cup of tea.
With that being said. I do not agree with him, LitteBigPlanet to me looks flat out fun and creative. Just because the game doesn't have any guns or scantily clad women doesn't meant it can't be good or interesting.
I don't camp myself either. It's just not really my type of play style. I'd rather check certain area's that go commonly used to get a drop on the enemy. Other times i use stealth and try to flank around to get the drop on the enemy.
Expecting too much out of Infamous at first until i saw the footage at E3, myself. I was never interested in Crackdown, Prototype or Star Wars: Unleashed but i don't know this one just stuck out to me. I'm sort of the same way with games except if i see a game i think that really looks bad i'll call it out no matter what others might say. I still respect if they like the game but something that looks sub par to me will usually always look sub par to me.
